The Grover Relations Specialist focuses on planning and executing social events, team-building activities, and other initiatives that foster engagement, collaboration, and camaraderie among staff members. By promoting meaningful opportunities for connection, the Grover Relations Specialist plays a vital role in creating an inclusive, supportive, and vibrant work environment that aligns with the organization’s mission and values.

As the organization’s Grover Relations Specialist, Caitlin McDougle, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor – Supervisor, (LPCC-S), takes the lead in fostering an inclusive, supportive, and vibrant workplace culture. She strategically plans and coordinates social events and team-building activities that strengthen staff engagement, collaboration, and camaraderie. Through thoughtful logistics management, open communication, and feedback collection, Caitlin ensures each initiative aligns with the organization’s mission and values while creating meaningful opportunities for team members to connect and thrive.

In addition to this pivotal role, Caitlin is an LPCC-S with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She specializes in children, adoption, trauma, anxiety, and adjustment, employing evidence-based, tailored treatment—particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—to help clients make empowering connections between their thoughts, emotions, and actions. By centering strengths and skill-building, Caitlin equips individuals to overcome challenges with resilience and confidence.

Before joining Wellness Grove, Caitlin dedicated 10 years to a private foster care and adoption agency, where she secured permanency for children in Cuyahoga County, supervised behavioral health services, and provided trauma-focused counseling. She also served as a community-based therapist throughout Summit County, working with a broad range of mental health diagnoses. Caitlin earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Kent State University and her master’s degree in clinical counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary. Known for her empathy, kindness, relatability, humor, and ability to see the big picture, she brings both warmth and clarity to her counseling practice and her mission to cultivate a positive, connected organizational culture.

“The delivery of mental health and wellness services should be based on the needs of clients and the community.”
