Tim Locker joined Wellness Grove in February 2026 as the Facility & Security Specialist, bringing an extensive background in facilities management, maintenance operations, safety, building trades, and team leadership. With more than 15 years of experience across several technical and operational disciplines, Tim brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to creating environments that are safe, secure, functional, and prepared to support the important work of mental health and wellness care.

Tim’s professional experience includes serving as a Regional Property Maintenance Manager, where he oversaw maintenance operations across multiple properties, led maintenance teams, coordinated with contractors and engineering professionals, and responded to operational emergencies. His hands-on expertise encompasses HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, construction, flooring, painting, equipment maintenance, and property operations. Throughout his career, Tim has maintained a strong focus on safety, reliability, quality, and operational excellence.

At Wellness Grove, Tim’s impact extends well beyond maintaining buildings. He helps ensure that the organization’s facilities remain safe, compliant, operationally efficient, and ready to serve both clients and employees. His responsibilities encompass facility inspections and maintenance, security and access systems, emergency preparedness, inventory and vendor coordination, risk prevention, and support for regulatory readiness. His role also supports safety evaluations, emergency drills, facility-related risk assessments, and compliance activities associated with The Joint Commission and other applicable regulatory bodies.

Tim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Ferris State University, with additional academic study in Computer Information Systems and Forensic Science, as well as formal training in diesel mechanics. His professional skill set includes extensive experience in building trades, safety and OSHA practices, problem-solving, team leadership, organization, and technical operations.

Tim approaches his work with the understanding that the environment in which care is delivered matters.
