We recognize that coming to counseling may be a new experience for some clients – and we’re here to help. Below are some important reminders and suggestions that ensure you will get the most out of your counseling experience with us. Preventing delays, being prepared, and looking to the future will help you avoid any unnecessary roadblocks to achieving your goals.
Check the date/time of your next appointment to ensure you don’t forget. All new clients will be enrolled in automated appointment reminders (phone and text).
Be sure you’re able to attend your appointment. If you cannot attend, inquire about the “Switch Over” option, which allows you to switch from in-person to virtual (or vice versa) appointment.
Before you arrive, be sure to bring your driver’s license (or state id) and insurance card (if not self pay).
Any paperwork that needs completed, take advantage of our digital paperwork.
Come to your appointment at least 5-10 minutes early to allow time for incomplete paperwork and insurance eligibility verification.
If possible, schedule your future appointments sooner rather than later to ensure you obtain the timeslots of your choice.
Requesting an appointment online is easy. Should you prefer not to request an appointment online, please give us a call or stop on in (walk-ins are always welcome). Please keep in mind, if you’re a walk-in, a clinician may not be available to provide immediate service. But don’t let that stop you – come on in and talk to us.
Select the clinician you prefer and book a visit in a matter of minutes.
