She also brings experience as an Insurance Biller with ECHO Health, where she prepared claims, verified insurance coverage, addressed billing issues, and worked with medical software systems. Her additional experience in home healthcare, education, and customer service has further strengthened her ability to support individuals with patience, adaptability, and professionalism.

At Wellness Grove, Lisa draws upon her combined experience in front-office operations, insurance billing and claims processing, confidential records management, and patient customer service to help clients move through administrative processes with greater clarity and ease. She holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science and has experience with medical billing software, including Medware and Medisoft.
