Andrew Allen, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor – Supervisor (LPCC-S), serves as the Director of Clinical Services at Wellness Grove, where he leads with a clear vision: to empower clinicians and clients alike through holistic, innovative, and ethical mental health care. With over a decade of clinical experience and a supervisory designation as a LPCC-S, Andrew is steadfast in his belief that every client—and every clinician—deserves an environment that promotes continuous growth, resilience, and transformational change.

In his role, Andrew has developed and implemented practice-wide standards and procedures that ensure the highest quality of care, from electronic health records management to ethics and safety protocols. He draws on his extensive background—earning his Master’s degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Malone University and completing specialized post-graduate studies in supervision—to foster a strengths-based, developmental approach for clinicians. Andrew’s leadership philosophy hinges on the notion that when clinicians feel supported, confident, and valued, they can deliver impactful services that genuinely change lives.

Before joining Wellness Grove, Andrew honed his expertise as a program administrator and lead supervisor within residential and outpatient dual-diagnosis treatment settings, where he supervised dozens of practitioners at varying stages of their professional journeys. Recognizing the importance of cultivating the next generation of mental health professionals, he has partnered with local colleges to create robust internship and job-preparation initiatives.

Andrew’s passion for service extends well beyond Wellness Grove. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Twi, Inc., championing the personal and professional enrichment of individuals with developmental disabilities. His dedication has also led him to collaborate with various nonprofit and community-based programs addressing addiction, mental health needs, and enrichment therapies. Through these endeavors, Andrew continues to exemplify his commitment to nurturing well-being in diverse communities—one client, one clinician, and one collaboration at a time.
