With over two decades of progressive HR leadership in government, nonprofit, and social service agencies—particularly those with behavioral health programs—Dr. Butler brings a visionary yet grounded perspective to cultivating workplace culture.
Drawing on her experience establishing and managing comprehensive HR functions, Dr. Butler has served in critical capacities such as Affirmative Action Officer, Civil Rights Coordinator, Safety Officer, and Section 504 Coordinator. These roles underscore her commitment to inclusive policies, ethical leadership, and compliance-based best practices that elevate both employees and clients. Her approach is deeply informed by data-driven decision-making, balanced with an emphasis on empathy and the holistic well-being of each team member.
Dr. Butler earned her Doctorate of Professional Esthetics, reflecting her dedication to a multi-dimensional concept of wellness that extends to every level of organizational life. She also holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Columbia Southern University, bolstered by bachelor’s and associate degrees in business and industrial management from The University of Akron.
