With over 25 years of experience in clinical mental health, leadership, recruitment, and outreach, Mike is a visionary leader dedicated to expanding access to transformative care, building high-impact referral networks, and attracting top-tier clinicians to advance the mission of Wellness Grove.

Mike’s career has been shaped by his passion for connection and collaboration. His diverse expertise spans clinical oversight in acute inpatient hospitals and residential treatment facilities for youth, coordinating school partnerships impacting over 500 schools across Ohio and Michigan, and leading special education and vocational programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. From private practice to hospital administration, he has served individuals of all ages and backgrounds, ensuring that mental health care is not just available, but truly impactful.
