Olivia Weinzatl, LPCC-S
The Clinical Onboarding Specialist promotes effective onboarding experience for clinical staff and trainees at Wellness Grove. This role is responsible for multiple elements of the onboarding process including introducing clinicians and trainees to training material, facilitating individual and group training, and sharing best practices for clinical care. The specialist promotes effective clinical practice so that clinicians can provide the most appropriate care to the clients of Wellness Grove.
Olivia Weinzatl, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor, (LPCC-S), serves as the organization’s Clinical Onboarding Specialist. Olivia completed her bachelor’s degree at Kent State University in Human Development & Family Studies. She furthered her education at Youngstown State University, earning a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health & Addictions Counseling. Olivia has a passion for baking and crafting, along with taking nature walks in her free time.
Olivia brings nearly a decade of expertise in substance use and mental health counseling. Her key areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, adjustment disorders, and substance use.
Olivia’s desire to connect with new interns and clinicians led to her being a part of the onboarding team to help welcome, train, and support new clinicians joining Wellness Grove. Onboarding is the first sense of connection a new clinician experiences and is a vital role in creating the confidence to succeed. Olivia is passionate about building an inclusive environment that makes everyone feel at home at Wellness Grove!
