Sarah Udell-Miller, LPC

Sarah Udell-Miller (pronouns: she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who serves as Wellness Grove’s Internship Alumni Representative. She completed her undergraduate education at Malone University, earning a bachelor’s degree in communication. Sarah continued to earn our master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Ashland Theological Seminary.

Sarah has experience working with diverse populations across racial, socioeconomic, and clinical backgrounds, supporting individuals with concerns including relational issues, mood and anxiety disorders, addiction, and trauma. She has completed specialized coursework in addiction, grief and loss, multicultural counseling, and spiritual themes in counseling, with interests in addiction and eating disorders.

Sarah is passionate about supporting emerging clinicians as they navigate their internship experience at Wellness Grove. In her role as the internship alumni representative, she provides administrative, social, and peer support to help interns feel connected and engaged throughout their training. As an alum of Wellness Grove’s internship program, she is committed to strengthening its continuity and overall success by fostering a collaborative and encouraging learning environment.
