Hannah McCrae (pronouns: she/her) is passionate about evidence-based approaches that are tailored to everyone’s unique needs and lived experiences.
Hannah earned her bachelor’s degree with high honors in gender and health from University of Michigan, where she also completed specialized coursework in Spanish language and literature. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in social work at The University of Akron. Hannah values lifelong learning and is committed to continued personal and professional growth.
Prior to joining Wellness Grove, Hannah volunteered in health screening and outreach efforts serving unhoused populations and individuals experiencing food insecurity. She also worked as an anesthesia technician during her undergraduate years. These experiences strengthened her commitment to empathetic care, advocacy, and connecting individuals with meaningful support and resources.
Hannah’s approach is empathetic, trauma-informed, and nonjudgmental. She is dedicated to fostering therapeutic relationships rooted in compassion, safety, and mutual respect. She believes healing and growth are best supported in environments where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered.
Her strengths include empathy, openness, cultural humility, and a strong commitment to advocacy.
