Amy Minter joined Wellness Grove in August 2026, bringing a distinctive combination of experience in healthcare, recruitment, client relationship management, training, and operations. Her professional background reflects a strong ability to work effectively with people while managing the systems and details that support a positive service experience. Her skills include client relationship management, electronic health records, patient care, medical terminology, data entry, and new-hire training.

Amy’s career includes extensive experience within healthcare and clinical environments, including more than a decade with Novus Clinic, where she coordinated operational activities and supported pre- and post-operative procedures, as well as experience as an Ophthalmic Technician managing patient histories, medical records, diagnostic support, and staff training. More recently, her work as a Staffing Recruiter has expanded her expertise in relationship-building, communication, onboarding, and coordinating complex processes involving multiple stakeholders.

At Wellness Grove, Amy draws upon her healthcare knowledge, operational experience, and relationship-focused approach to help clients navigate their interactions with the practice efficiently and confidently. Her Medical Assistant diploma from Sanford Brown College further complements her understanding of healthcare environments and the importance of accurate, compassionate, and well-coordinated support.
