Ayanna (Yanni) Johnson

Ayanna Johnson joined Wellness Grove in August 2026, bringing a professional background in healthcare administration, client relations, communications, and high-pressure service environments. Her experience has strengthened her ability to communicate effectively across diverse populations, navigate challenging situations with professionalism, and provide organized, responsive support while maintaining sensitivity and discretion.

Ayanna brings direct healthcare experience from her previous role as a Patient Financial Services Representative with Banner Health, where she supported patient intake, scheduling, insurance verification, collections, and the handling of sensitive medical and financial information. Her additional administrative experience includes coordinating office operations, scheduling, communications, meetings, and special projects, while her work in a correctional environment further developed her skills in de-escalation, crisis response, documentation, and remaining composed in complex situations.

At Wellness Grove, Ayanna draws upon this combination of healthcare, administrative, and communication experience to help clients navigate their interactions with the practice with clarity, professionalism, and confidence. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from Southern New Hampshire University, complemented by skills in strategic communication, client relations, crisis management, project coordination, and documentation.

Central to Ayanna’s approach is the understanding that how clients are supported throughout the process can influence how they experience care as a whole. Through thoughtful communication, composure, accuracy, and responsiveness, she helps reduce confusion, address client needs, and create positive interactions at critical points along the care journey.
