Gabriella Rivera joined Wellness Grove in August 2026, bringing experience across healthcare administration, client service, office operations, and team leadership. Resourceful and adaptable, Gabriella has developed strengths in communication, organization, problem-solving, and learning new systems quickly, allowing her to support both people and processes effectively in fast-paced environments.

Gabriella brings direct healthcare experience as a Medical Office Associate/Registration professional with Summa Health, where she registered and checked in patients, verified demographic and insurance information, supported scheduling and pre-registration, maintained confidentiality, and collaborated with clinical and administrative teams to support efficient patient flow. Her additional administrative and leadership experience has strengthened her capabilities in scheduling, documentation, client communication, workflow coordination, training, and resolving concerns.

At Wellness Grove, Gabriella uses her combination of healthcare, administrative, and customer-facing experience to help clients navigate each interaction with clarity and confidence. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Kent State University, with additional coursework in communication, further developing her understanding of people and the importance of effective interpersonal communication. Her skills in scheduling, client relations, record management, professional writing, problem-solving, and leadership complement her role in supporting a positive client experience.
