Jacqulynn Tomic joined Wellness Grove in August 2026, bringing experience in healthcare administration, appointment scheduling, direct care, customer service, and office operations. Her background has equipped her with an understanding of both the administrative and human sides of client support, along with the organization, patience, and attention to detail needed to help individuals navigate healthcare-related processes effectively.

Jacqulynn’s healthcare experience includes scheduling and rescheduling appointments for multiple providers, supporting office operations, managing records and payments, and working directly with individuals with disabilities. She has also served as a Health Care Advisor, where she communicated with clients about preventive health screenings while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA requirements. Her broader leadership and customer service experience has strengthened her abilities in communication, problem-solving, scheduling, training, and managing competing priorities.

At Wellness Grove, Jacqulynn applies her experience in patient scheduling, medical office administration, EHR systems, confidential records, and client communication to support an organized and responsive client experience. She is also pursuing her education in Healthcare Administration through the University of Phoenix, further developing her understanding of the systems and operational practices that contribute to effective healthcare delivery.
