Jaimie Lichlyter, Senior Medical Credentialing Specialist at Wellness Grove, joined the organization’s support team in September 2024. With over 15 years of experience in medical billing, healthcare administration, and credentialing, Jaimie is a dedicated professional known for her efficient problem-solving skills and commitment to responsive service.

Before coming to Wellness Grove, Jaimie spent more than five years as the Office Manager of a private Speech Therapy and Audiology practice, where she managed intake and scheduling, billing and payment posting, provider credentialing, prior authorizations, and more. She also holds several professional certificates, including CPR and HIPAA Compliance, as well as completion credentials in Accounting, ICD-10, CPT, and Medical Billing modules.

In her current role, Jaimie oversees credentialing and re-credentialing processes for Wellness Grove’s providers, ensuring that all licensing, certification, and regulatory requirements are met for counseling, outpatient therapy, and wellness services. She also facilitates provider enrollment with insurance companies, Medicare, Medicaid, and other third-party payers, helping to secure timely reimbursement and maintain a seamless revenue cycle.
