Sania Haney

Sania Haney joined Wellness Grove in August 2026, bringing a developing career grounded in public health, healthcare administration, patient access, and client service. With a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a focus in Health Services Administration from Kent State University, Sania brings an understanding of how effective healthcare systems, equitable access, and positive patient experiences work together to support individuals and communities.

Sania’s healthcare experience includes serving as a Patient Access Liaison in Emergency and Labor & Delivery services at Summa Health, where she guides patients and families through registration, insurance processes, required documentation, and payment responsibilities. She has also worked as a Patient Account Specialist II, gaining experience with HIPAA compliance, medical record review, claim validation, and collaboration with healthcare providers, patients, and other stakeholders.

At Wellness Grove, Sania draws upon her experience in patient access, health services administration, communication, documentation, and customer service to help clients navigate important processes with greater understanding and confidence. Her commitment to community engagement is also reflected in volunteer work involving patient wayfinding, donor support, youth outreach, and campus initiatives addressing mental health, domestic violence, and academic support.

Sania brings a public-health perspective to the client experience, recognizing that accessibility is shaped not only by the availability of care, but also by how effectively people can understand and navigate the systems surrounding it. Through clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and attention to the individual experience, she helps create interactions that reduce uncertainty and strengthen confidence contributing to Wellness Grove’s broader commitment to making the pathway to care more accessible, equitable, and people-centered.
