EMPLOYEE WELLNESS PROGRAM
IPS is excited to partner with Wellness Grove to provide access to mental health and wellness services for all of our employees by covering your co-pay costs for all counseling sessions.
This program is a private, personalized wellness initiative designed to promote mental health in our organization. Your participation is completely confidential – IPS will not receive any information on who did or did not take advantage of these services.
How the Program Works
Employees can opt to begin counseling sessions at Wellness Grove at any time. There are over 50 areas of specialization offered (see Areas of Counseling), with no wait for appointment scheduling and flexible hours as well as virtual options to meet everyone’s specific needs.
In addition to individual counseling, this program also covers couples and/or family counseling as long as you (the IPS employee) are the identified client.
In order for your co-pay to be covered, YOU MUST SIGN UP USING THE LINK BELOW. Once you submit the completed form, Wellness Grove will reach out to you within 1-2 business days to match you to a therapist and schedule your first appointment.
Who Is Eligible?
ALL IPS Employees are Eligible!
- This benefit includes individual therapy, as well as couples and family counseling, as long as the IPS employee is the identified client.
- If you are NOT on the IPS health insurance plan, your co-pay amount will still be covered by IPS after providing your current health insurance information to Wellness Grove.
- If you do not have health insurance, IPS will cover 50% of the self-pay fee (up to $60/session).
