How do you define wellness?
Everyone experiences wellness differently, and it’s important to explore what is important to you! Six common wellness domains include: emotional, spiritual, social, physical, intellectual, and career. Each of these domains are interrelated: When something happens in one domain (whether positive or negative) all of the other domains are impacted too!

Wellness is ongoing throughout the course of your life. It involves establishing healthy, empowering habits and practices that can be used in the face of new transitions and emerging challenges. Wellness is essential on your journey to becoming the best version of yourself. Think about this: After you have climbed one mountain, there is still a mountain range left to go!
