Our groups offer a supportive space for caregivers to learn how to work through their experiences. Caregiving for someone who is in need comes with many different emotions and difficulties. We will explore ways to improve our capacity as caregivers, to include improving self-care and creating more positive spaces for self and others. Our free-flowing groups will have topics that will center around providing education and support to connect individuals and provide a safe space to know we’re not alone on this journey.

Caring for the Caregiver
This supportive therapy group is designed for individuals who provide care for a loved one due to aging, illness, disability, or other caregiving responsibilities. Participants will have the opportunity to connect with others facing similar challenges, process the emotional impact of caregiving, learn healthy coping strategies, strengthen boundaries, and develop self-care practices to reduce stress and prevent burnout. Through guided discussion, psychoeducation, and peer support, members will build resilience and feel less alone in their caregiving journey.
