COUNSELING GROUPS
LGBTQ+ counseling groups offers members an opportunity to explore, identity, and express feelings about empowering and disempowering experiences related to their shared, and unique, identities. One of the biggest benefits is the potential to reduce feelings of isolation in a safe, affirming space. Additional benefits include an improvement in mental health, reduction of distress, and increased coping skills to tackle problems faced by LGBTQ+ individuals.

Putting the “T” in Tea – A Therapeutic Support Group for Trans, Nonbinary, and Agender Folx
This is an affirmative space for 18+ year old transgender, nonbinary, and agender folx to share their truths, build community, and heal from the daily stresses of life. Your story is vitally important to the quilt of your community, and through supported story-telling and healing all can leave the space more whole than they came.

Queer Qommunity
The Queer Qommunity group offers a safe space for adult members of the LGBTQ+ community to build confidence and gain support in a positive, identity affirming space. Our group sessions will focus on a variety of topics relevant to the community such as coming out, dating, and identity exploration. The group will provide individuals with resources, strategies for navigating challenges, and opportunities to build connections with other members of the community. Group members will have space to share their own experiences as well as support and validate the experiences of other group members. No matter what your identity or where you are at on your journey, all are welcome.

For transgender and gender nonconforming adults to build resiliency skills, foster community, and explore their identity
Trans*cendence
The Trans*cendence group provides a warm, affirming space for anyone who identifies as transgender or within the transgender and gender non-conforming umbrella. In the group we will celebrate and embrace the unique experiences of each individual, work to build skills for coping with transphobia, explore different aspects of identity, discuss and build resiliency, and address many other topics as they arise that are relevant to the community. Group members will be given opportunities to share challenges they may be facing and seek support from other group members as well.

We See You: Queer Teen Empowerment Group (Section 1 of 2)
We See You: Queer Teen Empowerment Group is a welcoming and supportive space for LGBTQ+ teens (ages 13-17) to connect, share, and grow together. Our sessions focus on building self-esteem, creating a sense of belonging, and addressing common challenges faced by queer youth. Topics include navigating identity, coping with social pressures, fostering healthy relationships, and celebrating individuality. Group members will have opportunities to share their experiences, offer support to one another, and gain insights from their peers in a judgment-free environment. Whether you’re exploring your identity, seeking a community that understands, or just looking to feel less alone, this group is here for you. Together, we’ll grow stronger, find our voices, and thrive.
