LGBTQ+ COUNSELING GROUPS

The Trans*cendence group provides a warm, affirming space for anyone who identifies as transgender or within the transgender and gender non-conforming umbrella. In the group we will celebrate and embrace the unique experiences of each individual, work to build skills for coping with transphobia, explore different aspects of identity, discuss and build resiliency, and address many other topics as they arise that are relevant to the community. Group members will be given opportunities to share challenges they may be facing and seek support from other group members as well.

We See You: Queer Teen Empowerment Group is a welcoming and supportive space for LGBTQ+ teens (ages 13-17) to connect, share, and grow together. Our sessions focus on building self-esteem, creating a sense of belonging, and addressing common challenges faced by queer youth. Topics include navigating identity, coping with social pressures, fostering healthy relationships, and celebrating individuality. Group members will have opportunities to share their experiences, offer support to one another, and gain insights from their peers in a judgment-free environment. Whether you’re exploring your identity, seeking a community that understands, or just looking to feel less alone, this group is here for you. Together, we’ll grow stronger, find our voices, and thrive.
