A parent support group offers opportunity for information and connection among parents who share similar experiences. In a safe and supportive space, disappointments and successes related to parenting can be shared. More so, ways to strengthen and appreciate the parent-child relationship as it is – as well as for what it can be – are explored and honored.
A therapeutic, supportive and collaborative space for parents of children ages 5-17 with neurodivergence (ADHD or autism spectrum disorder).
Parenting Neurodivergence
Parents of children who struggle with neurodivergence, such as ADHD or autism, face a difficult and often lonely road full of misunderstandings, judgment and isolation. Parenting Neurodivergence aims to create an understanding, judgment-free and communal space for these parents to share successes and challenges while gaining understanding into their children’s disorders. Incorporating art, mindfulness and DBT skills, this group meets parents where they are on their journey and invites them to grow together.
