The How-to on Wellness Planning

Employees are constantly looking for ways to promote their happiness and well-being. This session provides an overview of wellness and why it’s important. Attendees will be given an opportunity to create an individualized wellness plan for their own unique needs and goals.

Employers lose out when employees don’t know their own strengths. This session discusses the importance of character strengths and how they can be leveraged to promote greater satisfaction at work – and in everyday life. Managing Stress at Work

Stress at work is all too common despite being bad for workers, and bad for business. This session provides an overview of stress and its impact on workplace wellness. Attendees will learn about highly effective stress-relief strategies and will be given an opportunity for hands-on practice.

The Power of Self-Compassion

Self-compassion is a learned skill. This session provides knowledge about the basics of self-compassion and how it can drive positivity into the workplace. Attendees will have an opportunity to learn about, and practice, self-compassion exercises.
