Gratitude: An emotional state of thankfulness that may be directed to other persons, animals, nature, the divine, and life itself.

Gratitude matters more than you might think!

Gratitude is a highly valued trait, as well as a strength, that promotes happiness in life. Persons with a strong sense of gratitude are known to appreciate the “small things” and have a sense of abundance rather than feeling deprived. Additionally, they are more prone to acknowledge the positive impact of other people (or entities) on their well-being.
